I stepped on the scale this morning and found out that I lost 2.4lbs! I kind of expected that I'd lose heavy in the beginning. I don't know how it'll be later in the month. However, today was an easy-going day. I didn't do nearly as much cleaning as I thought I would, and my husband kept pushing to watch TV with me. I kept up with my diet and my husband was supportive in that he incorporated all of my leftover servings into dinner tonight. I didn't think I would, but I did some yoga tonight. My lower back was bothering me from some of the bending and twisting last night. It feels a bit better, now.
