I am still sticking to my diet and doing well there. However, things have come up suddenly that have sidetracked my exercise. I've been wanting to do some arm and chest exercises to get away from the easy-going yoga, but I didn't work out yesterday and it looks like I won't be working out tonight. I just got home, ate something (I hadn't eaten for 4-5 hours), and I have to head to bed soon. I found out last night that my grandmother's been in the hospital and that my husband is having health issues. I ran an errand for my grandmother right after work and then headed straight to the hospital, where I spent several hours. This is where things tend to get complicated with me staying fit. Things have been pretty calm lately, but sometimes I can't escape things going on with family and friends, especially when I'm needed. Finding balance is the key, but how?
