Starting a transformer bet on Dec. 2. Actually losing the 10% will finally put me at a healthy weight for my height but I'm not gonna lie I'm a little worried. Right now I'm at a comfortable weight for me and I know how hard it is to lose beyond that. I guess that's the appeal of the "DietBet" model, you litterally have to bet on yourself being able to do what you know is hard, maybe something you've tried to do for a long time and haven't been able to (I'm one of those people). After succesfully completing a 4 week challenge, I'm feeling pretty motivated and ready to do the work.
