Just got my starting weight verified. It's up a pound and a half from my last game, but I like the sound of the final goal weight. So here are my starting plans!

-weekly blog post to coincide with weight check-ins (accountability I guess)

-daily workout of 3 miles or 30 minutes. Now that 3 miles can be a sprint or a slog and the 30 minutes can be some serious weights or gentle yoga but the idea is a simple rule to make sure I'm moving.

-similarly to above-hit the 12,000 daily step goal on my pedometer (not hard if I do my workouts)

 

That's enough to start with, will see where that gets me in a week and post again with more plans to get that 10% off!
