Had a great start to the week, then entertaining houseguests, and work stress happened. So no losses this week, same as starting weight. Didn't hit all my goals this week either, no workouts on Thursday or Friday and under on pedometer steps Thursday. But the rest of the week was great, so I can do it, must stay focused even when life gets in the way (and it always does, doesn't it) goals for this week:

-same 30minute/3mile workout plan and 12,000 steps per day

-only 3 drinks for the week 

-eat the healthy food I bring during the workday before anything else

At least there are a few more weeks before the next official weigh in to get going!
