It's just 4 days into this challenge and I'm technically down 5lbs already, but unfortunately it's not quite legit. My weight fluctuates wildly during the day, and I got "lucky" on weigh in day to be up a few pounds. But, I do think I lost about 2lbs from my usual average weight!
I'll take it!
I can get really wrapped up in this place where I'm HYPER MOTIVATED, and I want to do EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to make weight come off. I want to change it all up, SO GUNG HO! ALL THE THINGS! SO MUCH MOTIVATE, WOW!
But it never ends up working for me. So I need to take it down a notch.
JUST lower the calories a little.
JUST add a little extra to my workouts.
JUST try to drink more water.
That's it.
