
I started this to lose weight while my husband was deployed. I've lost 26.5lbs and I want to lose another 23 ish lbs but lately I've lost motivation. I still go to the gym daily, but I'm not eating right or pushing myself so my weight is just staying right where it is.
Any advice? Hubby should be coming home mid next year so I still have a while, but I really do want to reach my goals.
