I noticed you're in Jillian's dietbet. No pressure to join another one. I think I'm going to do one at a time for awhile...until I feel more fully back on track.

How are you doing? I'm hanging in there. I usually gain fast and lose fast and have a hard time maintaining. This bet, I've been going a little more slow and steady. Trying to make it. Good luck to you.

Oh my gosh! I wrote a bunch and changed the page before I sent it so it is all gone. It looks like you are really back on track. Way to go! I bet you got this one!! Exercise is no problem for me but I am still working on the eating in terms of special events and stress. Not sure if I will make this one but overall I am not doing too bad. Thank you for your note. ; )
