I have had a rough week around here.  I have had too little sleep becuase I had to adjust my cycle for construction workers coming in every morning and remodeling our bathroom.  The first few days they were here all day, and my natural cycle when left to myself switches to a more nocturnal cycle.  I lost about 3.3 pounds last week and then gained 2.6 back last weekend, so I spent the first couple of days with little to no sleep and was trying to lose back to where I ended last week.  

 

Well I got back there and then was stuck there the rest of the week.  I did manage to pull off some extra-exercise Thursday night even though I was exhausted and my weight was up and down several times Friday morning, but it appears that most consistently the scale showed was .6 pounds down finally.

 

Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement and discussions about how to just stick with my 5,000 steps a day (my current fitbit goal) 1,000 calorie deficit (current fitbit goal) and 20-30 mins of exercise other than walking at least 3 days a week.  I have 2 days of exercise this week so far and plan to exercise both Saturday and Sunday to get a 4th day this week.  

 

I am in 3 4 week diet bets right now and 1 6 month diet bet.  Between these I have everything ending including round one in the 6 month one all between 9 and 19 days.  I just joined dietbet late last month, and am really loving it here.  You people are awesome and supportive, and it helps to have others going through this with you.  The daily weigh-ins I do with my scale that sync to Dietbet, and the weekly weigh-ins with tokens help me keep accountable, and sharing this journey with so many awesome people makes it easier every day!
