I have a question, but I'm not quite sure how to word it. I'm currently in 3 DB 4's and a DB 6. I completely understand the difference and plan of each type. However what just makes me sort of ponder is this.

If I were to continue to join DB 4's for the next couple of months and meet my goals and then start my next one at ending weight from the prior one I could potentially go below my 6 month goal on this DB within the first 3 months. That wouldn't disqualify me from the DB 6, would it?

If I were to continue to use DB 4's and hypothetically meet the goals for the entire 6 months of this DB, that would come to 24% in 6 months. Is there a way to get disqualified for losing over a certain % early into the DB 6?

Now honestly, I hit plateaus every week and know that realistically I will be lucky to finish at my 10% goal by the end of my DB 6.  But I like the push to really eat smarter and get more exercise from the DB 4's and the help of making it a long term goal by using the DB 6.

However, the quicker speed of the DB4's versus the DB6's just make me kind of ponder how the weight loss could potentially match up over time.

Does anyone have any thoughts?  Have any of you ever actually finished 6 months of back to back DB 4's and won them all alongside a DB 6?
