Hey there, Just a quick note of encouragement. You are doing so well! Wondering how you are doing since your sister relocated? That's so tough and yet you are managing food beautifully. Keep it up. I was really off on my weigh in, as I thought. But, it actually felt good to just post it and take the picture. The dred preceding that process was almost worse than the outcome. So glad you are a part of this, thank you!

Happy Birthday and Congratulations! You are a rock star, all of your very hard work is paying off and you've made another year, with some big changes to show for it! You truly deserve all of the very best, Julie. I'm sorry this is a bit late, I'm just catching up and learning about what an amazing weekend you've had. So thankful you are doing DB--we are getting this done! (I barely made it. I gained after the 30-day challenge weigh in on Thursday...)

Julie, Thank you so much for the flowers and for checking in! I posted a response, but just wanted to make sure you know I am here and so grateful to you! I mentioned in my post that I was in Vermont--it was lovely and the food situation wasn't terrible. It's always good to be back, though. I ordered from Peapod for grocery delivery last night and that brings comfort that can get back on track without visiting the grocery store. I do need to get caught up on your posts, but see you have a wedding this weekend. That's a big challenge for so many reasons!

Thank you, Thea! I'm pretty sure it was just water weight, so it only reflects my efforts at eating less sodium and drinking more water, but I will take whatever I can get at this point!
