I have been on diets it seems all my life.  I gave up a about 10 years ago and now I am over 300lbs.  I thought I was good with this, you know big and beautiful, but when you start to get older the weight actually hurts.  I have aches and pains from all this extra weight and just walking a few feet is tiring.  I am still to young to be feeling like this. (I turn 49 in April).

I set goals and never reach them something always gets in the way and I give up.  I can keep promises on all things expect about my weight and eating.  I feel like a failure most of the time, but I am still going to try again this time around.

I am not sure what the difference will be yet, but there needs to be a difference.  I hope this blog helps me get a handle on why I keep giving up.  I will share my up and downs and hope they help me stay on track. 

I am want to go to Ireland for the 50th b-day but I won't get on a plan until I am under 200lbs.  I really want to make this goal.

Lets all get healthly this year.
