Journal 1 - December 30th, 2014

Just signed up to do this DietBet, and it starts next week!  I am really excited to do this challenge, and hoping to lose a few pounds in the meantime.  I will push myself, work hard, try my very best.  I need this.  I need the motivation.  I need the endurance.  I will keep journaling throughout my process of how things go.  In the meantime... eat less, exercise more.  :)
