Okay, so I didn't start out too well yesterday. I was all hyped up and ready to lose weight and be on my diet. Then I decided to have a maple cinnamon roll at Dunkin to go with my medium hot coffee, blah! My excuse was... "I'll start by having a healthy lunch." Lunch came and I went out to eat at Philanthropy Tea & Coffee Company and got a really nice crepe with another coffee, and home made potato chips. Fail. On top of not starting out good, I didn't exercise at all because of the cold, snowy weather.
What on earth?! Here it is, Sunday night and I already feel like I've blown it. But, it's only the second day and I'm determined to get back up on the horse (if that's what they say) and start Monday. I'm excited. I'm going to do this. I'm going shopping at whole foods tomorrow and going to get healthy snacks, healthy foods, and get rid of anything tempting in my house that is unhealthy.
So. Any advice or encouragement I can give anyone else is that if you feel like you've blown it already. You didn't blow it as much as I have. Pick yourself back up. Start again. We are in this together. Keep going. Keep persevering. Keep the motivation no matter what.
Until next time....
