The plan today:

Breakfast: shakeology with orange juice and 1/2 banana

It's early, but the plan for lunch is egg salad in a lettuce wrap.  I plan to roast some chickpeas to have on-hand as snacks today.  We're going to a NYE party tonight, it's a potluck so I'm bringing a big kale salad so I know I'll have something to eat.  Not sure if the part will be dinner or just snacking, if we're home for dinner I'm going to make black bean and tofu "tacos" mine will be in a lettuce wrap.

Here's update for the end of the day yesterday:

Snack: roasted chickpeas, which as a bonus I discovered my two year old is a big fan of! And a cup of coffee with stevia and 1T half and half

Lunch: egg salad in a lettuce wrap

Dinner: huge kale salad with homeade dressing and 1 glass wine

Dessert: yoplait whips
