Today's morning weight: 139.8

Breakfast: two veggie sausages some orange, some grapefruit and a cup of coffee with stevia and 1 T half and half

Plan for today is leftover cauliflower and quinoa soup for lunch and tofu and black bean tacos in lettuce wraps for dinner.  So far this is proving to be much easier than I anticipated.  I'm eager to try to mix in some exercise here and there as I can, but holding off until the challenge starts.  I figured the .8lb per day drop wouldn't stick, but at least it went down a smidge this morning and I'm back into the 130's (just barely!)
