Breakfast: shakeology with almond milk and half a banana

Plan for lunch is leftover kale salad and plan for dinner is tofu tacos in a lettuce wrap.  We have lots to do today, trying to take the tree down and get the decorations put away.  My little lady didn't want to sleep particularly well last night, so it will probalby be (at least!) a two coffee kind of day.  I'm feeling great about seeing weight drop already, I thought the first one was a fluke, but I'm guessing I had all sorts of carb bloat to lose!

Snack: coffee with stevia and 1T half and half and roasted chickpeas

Lunch: leftover kale salad and a mug of progresso vegetable soup

Dinner: cauliflower and quinoa chowder and salad
