Boy do I love planning! So yes, I am in the right profession (project manager). I think it's pretty darn fun to apply my professional skills to my personal life. So, the project is: Be Healthy - significant milestones: Ski suit - 46 days (February 15th) and swim suit 80 days (March 21st). Both of those are pretty darn soon.

So, here's my plan for success:

 

To acheive milestone one, I need:

6 meal plans

46 workouts

46 days eating well

 

Final milestone/project completion:

5 meal plans

34 workouts

34 days eating well

 

Now, eating well and workouts both require that I get enough sleep, so that really needs to be a priority for this endeavour. I'm happiest at 8.5-9 hours of sleep (I wish it was less, but it's not), so one of the first things I need to tackle is getting into bed by 10, so I'm adding that to my habit list-  I use a habit tracker (Good Habits) and I love seeing the numbers go up! can't wait ot see 46 - my first goal :-)
