This can be made with either vanilla or chocolate sugar free protein powder (I use cytomax Muscle Milk.)

 

1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, vanilla

1-1.25 scoops of protein powder

1TBS natural peanut butter 

1 packet stevia

1 TBS heavy whipping cream

1/4 rolled oats

few shakes of cinnamon

handful of ice

 

add everything to a blender and blend!
