Ran an approximated macro for the recipe (I made both large and regular size muffin tins, but just divided across number made. So some will be over estimated, and others under.) Plus I used some egg whites instead of the whole eggs, but I didn't write that down either. Estimate:

Calories: 137
Fat: 7.6g
Carb: 1.8g
Protein: 8.5g
