It's been a really hard year for me (2014). I have moments of depression and worse anxiety issues. But on top of all that, I managed to lose over 100 lbs in about 10 months. I was at my highest weight with high blood pressure and heading towards only God knows what else (health issues). Tomorrow I start graduate school (student teaching) and there is so much pressure riding on this especially with having school loans & not having an income for the next 6 months really stresses me out. It's been proven that stress can stop a person from losing weight so this stresses me out even more! But I'm still going to give it my best and have fun with this challenge! I won't give up! I have about 60 lbs till I hit my goal weight of 185!

Sign in to CommentYou can do this. I know the that last year was my most stressful, from losing jobs to losing my house, gaining more weight that I care to admit. Here is to a better year for both of us. I am in your corner. Remember exercise helps with the stress so try to do extra on the really bad days.
