So I am nearing the end of my official Day 1 and I am feeling pretty good :) I am craving carbs in the evening, like more than normal. I gave in, but just a bit. But since I was very good during the day I dont' feel like eating pasta in the evening is a failure. I actually feel really good, I am not depriving myself.

Regarding my battle with processed sugars, I started the journey on the 27th of December last year (feels odd to say "last year" ;) ) (for the second time) and so far I have NOT eaten anything that contains more than 5g of sugar per 100g (a goal I set myself). If I don't think about it I don't crave sugar. Although evenings are rough sometimes.

I know it will get easier.

The other difficult thing I am facing is that I am just too lazy to go out for a walk :( I am doing yoga in the mornings (#30daysofyoga) so I am moving a bit, but not as much as I really would like, but I just feel to damn lazy!!!!!!!!!

Focusing on 1 thing at a time I think is the key! And for this week it is continuing with "no sugar". Let's see what the new week will bring :)
