So, I have lost one of my DietBets. It is sad to lose money, BUT I still lost some pounds and I have made HUGE changes in my life. And I think that is worth more than $30.

I must admit, I was not focusing and then one thing led to another and I wasn't really "being good". Although I had made huge changes in my life, like I walk now almost every night, at least ~6km and have even started the C25K program. I have so much more stamina and I can do a lot more. I am writing down all my calories (MyFitnessPal is my daily companion). I reach my FitBit step goal almost every day (10 000+). So I AM actually a winner!

YES, I am sad that I was a bit lazy these past 2 weeks and I know I could have done so much better, but hey, what is done is done, just pick yourself up and move on. So that is exactly what I am doing.

 

I am not starting over, I am continuing on my journey. And today it is Monday, it is March (goosh...this year has been going super fast!!!) so what a great time to re-eveluate, and re-commit to my goals.

Already I am in SO much better shape than I was a year ago (then I was 4 months ago!). I am so greatful for all of you guys who have supported me here on DB. All of your great stories, food pictures and encouragement has been very valuable to me on this journey.
