sooo tired....

I can really relate to being tired. Two weeks after coming down with the flu and I can barely make it through the day without a two hour nap. It is easier for me because I am retired and work VERY part time from home, but the challenge is for me to have enough energy for working out. I missed a full week when I was running fever and really in the midst of the illness, so I am struggling to work myself back up to the duration and intensity of the workouts before I got sick. I'm dealing with it by being very consistent with logging everything I eat into My Fitness Pal since starting this DietBet. I'm also logging in my workouts, but trying not to use all the workout calories that are added to my 1200 daily.
