Let us know! I read about it over the holidays and thought and thought and thought and decided, no, my husband likes it out of the jar with a spoon and m&m's and I don't eat it BUT I think if it was a good trade off he would consider it!

I have read some stuff where it says it can be hard to mix with water to get the peanutbutter consistency. Other things said it is easy if you add the exact amount of water. I don't know how that will go for me. I am excited to try it in shakes and yogurts and in other recipes to add peanutbutter flavor though... I am going to try to make cookies from it too. I will let you know how it goes.
