It's working! Cutting out the junk food and choosing food that will make me healthy, continuing to walk for exercise (2 miles today) is making a difference. I submitted my first official weekly weigh-in today, and found to my surprise and joy that I am down 5.5 pounds! I'm not one to weight myself daily, and realize that the first week shows the most lost. I will be very happy with 2 pounds average per week now.
