Well, a few days ago, I said that my walking goal by the end of the month was 3 miles. I have achieved that, and more! Several family members have a FitBit step counter, and I bought one also. A Weekend Warrior Challenge was issued, and we all stepped up to the plate. I logged 30,000 steps over the weekend, which included 13 miles of walking on the bike path. And it didn't kill me.
