For the first time since tearing a tendon this fall, I put in over 10,000 steps at work, most of them without the aircast. I was feeling adventurous after that.

And so...  after dinner, barefooted, I hesitantly tried out a burpee. I jumped up, landed, winced... waited for it... the burning, searing, throbbing pain... but nothing. Nothing!

So, ok, I dropped into the pushup part, and sprang back into the air, landing for the second time, fully prepared to let loose a stream of language unfit for sharing publicly. But again, no pain. Not one little curse worthy twinge.

I quickly cranked out a set of 5 before my pain receptors could figure out what I was doing while they were off on break.

And, because that got no reaction at all, I went on to complete a set of 30 burpees. Ha! 30 burpees!

How on earth could I top the steps and the burpees? All I could come up with was a bit of yoga, so I curled up into "injured pose" on the couch, balanced by a remote in one hand, and cup of tea in the other. Ahhhh...
