Congratulations on your successful weight loss Nancy!!! I'm sooo happy the juicing detox is working for you!!! Keep up the good work!!! :-)My cholesterol levels were elevated 4 months ago, & my doctor was concerned about it. I told her that I'd have the numbers down by my next visit. When I saw her last month, my #s were down!!! My doctor was impressed!!! She asked me what I was doing, & I told her that I've been drinking cinnamon water & putting it in my coffee on a daily basis. (Cinnamon is known for lowering cholesterol, & it's supposed to help with losing weight too.)Boil a quart of water & add 3-4 cinnamon sticks in it. Let it continue to boil under a low flame for 10 minutes. Then cut it off, let it cool down a little, & then drink a cup. I also use it when I drink my coffee in the AM. I prepare my coffee by using half boiled water & half cinnamon water. I LOVE IT!!! Also, when I eat a piece of grapefruit, I sprinkle some cinnamon on it too!!! I hope this helps you!!! :-)
