So today has not been a good day at all.  I am still roaring to go and do this, but I have caught a cold, barely made it through work.  I will not get my steps in today and my food has not been good.  I did great for breakfast, but lunch was a bust and so was dinner.  I didn't go over my calorie count, just had more carbs than I should have on a no carb day.  But I am not going to let this one day define how I feel about myself.  Yes I will not make my promise for the 5 minutes of exercise, but then again when you feel this bad and just want sleep, I think will be okay.  I am not going to beat myself up about it and I will get back on track as soon as I can.  Hopefully tomorrow.
