Made all my workout goals this week, and unsurprisingly, I am absolutely pooped. Which can occasionally make me a little Eeyore about life.

 

But inspired by another dietbetter, I peeked back at what I weighed at this time last year - and it was 23.3 lbs more than I weigh today. No, it's not an epic amount, but it's not insignificant either :-)

 

So, I shall perservere, and hopefully my ski pants will fit in Feburary.

2/6 meal plans - just finished number 2

9/46 workouts - this is going great!

4/46 days eating well - I had a little incident with some naan bread last night. Nothing too major, still under my calorie goal, but not meeting my nutritional goals. 

 

So, as usual, eating is my bugaboo....
