Happy Saturday Diet Bet Team!

It has been one week since my initial weigh in for the Diet Bet and here are my Stats for week 1:

Weight: 177.5 (-2)
Chest: 36 (same)
Waist: 27 (-1)
Arms: 11 (same)
Thighs: 23 (same)

28% closer to my 4% weight loss.  I’m right on track for the Diet Bet being 25% completed.

This was a pretty great week for me in living a healthy lifestyle!  But, I can always do better and improve.  I can’t deprive myself of things that I want to eat or drink because it just fuels the desire even more!  So, I did enjoy a beer and some cheese and crackers a couple nights this week.  It was delicious, but my goal is to limit it to one beer this week - have it on a special occasion!

Also, I’m drinking a gallon of water today!  No opera performance for me today, so I don’t have to hold my bladder for three hours.
