I know how it is to have to work around your work schedule and baby's schedule. I am having an incredibly hard time getting my butt to the gym after baby's bedtime... PJs and TV seem so much more relaxing...You are doing great by finding the time to get the workout in! I need to try these 15 min workouts out :) Good job!

Thanks Melanie! Yesterday was more difficult. On the days I don't work from home, I have to be out the door early in the morning and night-time chores build up. I didn't prioritize my exercise and therefore didn't get to it. Hopefully, I will today... actually, let me get off my butt now :) I usually browse the web with my morning coffee, so this is the time I could use for exercise (at least the 15 min).
