I live in Alaska if that makes you feel better :) It's dark and cold here. I have a heater that 10 minutes before I wake up I turn on before I get out of bed so my room is warm. Makes it easier. Sometimes I jump in a hot shower right away so I warm up and feel more awake to get to the gym. I drink a lot of tea to curb cravings. I also do hot yoga. Feels amazing in the winter time and I look forward to it. Cold weather definitely makes me more hungry, but teas really do help. And oatmeal in the morning with protein powder and a couple egg whites mixed in. Very filling and I find breakfast keeps me from over doing it later in the day. :)
