I've seen a lot of people in both my dietbets trying to lose all the weight in the first few days.  While I encourage the enthusiasm, I think it's important to keep this in mind: whatever you're doing, make it something you know you can actually sustain for two weeks, four weeks, a lifetime! There's not much use starving yourself for the first few days, only to binge later. Over these four weeks, we want to develop habits that can become our lifestyle. So don't sweat it if you haven't dropped X pounds yet. We're just a couple days into the contest!
