ok feeling a lot better today. My appetite is back with a vengeance! It came back last night around 6ish? It kind of came out of nowhere too. I found myself in the kitchen searching for something. I found the cheerios, ugh. Ate a couple handfuls I didn't really need. I then ended up eating a peanut butter jelly sandwich with banana slices. It was great and filled me with nutrients I really needed but found myself STILL hungry after that too! 

 

 



Later that night hubby and I got dinner too. I got the same thing as last night, grilled chicken sandwich. I couldn't finish it, but I almost did. There was a small 1/4 piece left that I gave to hubby. Finally satisfied and full. Stayed in my calorie range because I barely ate the entire day before that too. 

Today I woke up with a good appetite again. Had 1 egg and a little grilled chicken. Now I feel great. I'm ready for a good workout. tom is kind of rough but my energy level is up and that's kind of balancing things out. I don't know what the scale will say after all this. It might even be up with tom! who knows? 

That's it for today, I have a rehearsal tonight since I'm singing this weekend but other than that just pushing forward with my goals.
