So today I got up and decided I have been negative for the last two days.  That is a bad habit for me to fall into.  It was part of why I put on all my weight focusing only on my negative actions not the positive ones. I actually didn't let the little things bring me to my negative thoughts today.  Did I get all 10,000 steps today, no, but I got more than I did yesterday.  That is progress.  Did I eat exactly on my plan, no, but 90% of my day I did.  Usually one bad choice would lead to another, not any more.  The last three weeks I have been doing great.  Getting exercise almost everyday, making healthy choices everyday.  That is what is going to change me in the long run.  Making more good choices than bad.

I am in this to change my whole life, not just my looks, that is a added benefit. :)

So lets keep moving forward, not looking back, lets make our promises to ourselves count.
