Be careful in places with uneven floors- they can be very deceiving. I've been kinda down this week because my numbers on the scale were looking strange and not just a pound or two strange (like 4 or 5). I never thought to move a foot over and hop on the scale.

This morning I got on the scale and the number was looking better than it had been for a few days but still not as good as I'd hoped. I moved the scale over a foot and the number was 4 pounds lower! I thought maybe it was just a lucky spot so I moved it around a few more times and saw the same number! If you're wondering how I know that this is a legitimately correct number and not the other let me tell you: the other spot would still read four pounds when I got off the scale for like a second.

 

moral of the story: you may actually have achieved more than you think. Move your scale around and see what happens. It might not even be your scale, you never know what good changes are going on in your body. By the way I've surpassed 2 of my goal weights! Good luck
