Everyone slacks sometimes. My diet has been so-so at best. Glad to know I'm not alone. I'm making myself post my meals on the forum to keep myself accountable. I skipped posting my lunch from Chick-fil-A today though... At least it was the char-grilled sandwich, right?!?

Yeah, home scales are not terribly reliable. I can usually get a pound or two difference by changing foot position by an inch or by hopping off and back on. But the overall trend over time is what matters!

I want you to take your right hand and cross it across your chest placing it on your left upper tricep/shoulder, now take your left hand and do it to your right side.
