Thanks for the reminder to look at our progress. After a great start in January, I'd been feeling discouraged. BUT your post helped me look at that chart, and yes, I've lost 14 pounds. And today I'm wearing a pair of pants that were too painfully tight to wear last fall.

You go girl! 50lbs with no diet change? You ROCK! I have no doubt that you will be able to lose the rest this year. You are such an inspiration. I want to be JUST LIKE YOU this year! As soon as the weather gets better, I'm going to try and do 1 5K race a month. I'm sooooo loving our attitude!
