Hello Diet Bet Nation!  

 

Here are my Stats for week 2 of the Diet Bet and Week 3 of T25 Alpha:  

Weight: 173 (-4.5) !
Chest: 35.5 (-0.5)
Waist: 26.5 (-0.5)
Arms: 11 (no change)
Thighs: 22.5 (-0.5)

 

This week was an amazing week in terms of my new healthy lifestyle - and going to Shaun T 's hip-hop workshop set my week on fire!!  

I am one pound away from the Diet Bet Goal, and I can't believe it!  Once I hit 172, I'm going to set a new goal of 169, my ultimate dream weight, but for now I need to stay focussed on 172!  

My challenge this past week was to only have one beer and, I succeeded!  I even stepped up the challenge and split my one beer with my husband!  I can't drink alone and there was only one beer in the fridge.

My challenge for this week is to continue my beer challenge and also to "prep for a better tomorrow" everyday this week.  Which means, I am going to set up my shakeology and layout my workout outfit before I go to bed the night before.  I "prepped for a better tomorrow" one time this past week, and waking up that morning was amazing - there were less steps I needed to think about and do in order to get ready for my workout!
