So this is my first time on dietbet, and also my first time doing a diet in a while, and also "this long" (4 weeks it's not that long, but I don't usually diet because I don't need to loose a lot of weight).

My problem is not being overweight. I'm 166cm and weight 61,5kg, which is perfectly fine. My BMI is 22.3 so it's normal. My problem is that I don't know how to eat healthy. That means I like fruit, but never eat it. I don't like most of the vegetables because I haven't tried them out. When I was little I used to ask my mom: "what is that?" and she would look at the plate and answer "don't try it, you won't like it". Later I ask her why she did that, and just said she was too young at that time...Well, it is no excuse right know. I need to eat healthy.

I also want to loose a little bit of weight for 3 reasons:

1- I want to be strong and fit, so for that I need to eat well and workout.

2- I do rock climbing and I love it, but it's been a few months since last time I went, so I want to get back and improve.

3- Ok, here's actually the most important reason: I'm getting married so I want to look beautiful in my wedding dress :)

There is another reason. If I'm going to have a child I can't afford to eat chocolate cereals and bakery everyday (which is what I'm doing right know). I can't ask my future child to eat vegetables if I don't eat them. And I can't tell him/her that sport and food is important and makes you happy if I don't do that myself.

 

So there are my reasons!
