Right there with you!!! I eat what I want in small portions only when I'm hungry. Stop when I'm just about full. Had pizza, pasta, cookies this week. Along with salads, fruits, veggies. Lost 5 pounds and not feeling that cheat urge and obsession with food I can't eat urge like I did on WW.
