Step 2: Exercise

Step 3: Profit

Well I think I've been doing pretty ok with step 1 so far. Now it's time to start working on step 2. i HATE step 2. I always have. Mainly because I'm so fat and so out of shape that doing any form of exercise is hell. I envy people who love to run. I want to be one of them.

I guess I'll start with getting my steps in again. When I was a manager at Starbucks, I used to get 15-20K steps in just during a shift. With this desk job I've had for a couple years, I'm lucky if I break 4K for the entire day. Thats why I gained so much work. Less moving + same calories = morbidly obese Angie.

After dinner I was watching youtube videos and cleaning the ktchen and checked my fitbit. Still in the 3K's. So i jogged in place for about 5 minutes. At least I broke 4600...

I'm going to continue keeping my cals as low as possible while slowly working my way up to at least 10K steps a day.
