I feel ya, the diet part if the easier part for me as well. I lost 60lbs before from diet changes alone. It's the working out that I struggle with. I hate exercising, always have, as a kid I didn't like sports or gym class, and as an adult I just don't move. It's sad but true. I would love to be the kind of person that craves a work out and feels great afterwards, but I know that won't be for QUITE some time. But I guess we've got to start somewhere, and that's with begrudgingly doing something. I'll start with walking as well and I'm going to give yoga a shot.

Do you like to dance? I highly recommend Zumba videos. You get rid of a LOT of calories and can do it in your own home. That is what I started doing when I really got serious about losing weight and it helped me shed 20 pounds in two months. Plus, it was fun! Most videos are 40 minutes or less. Good luck!
