Did my week one weigh in today.  5.1 pounds gone.  BOOM.  I did really well this week tracking what I ate, exercising and trying a live Zumba class for the first time (only ever did the videos at my own home).  So much fun!  I have officially left the 200 mark for good.  I hope to be under 190 before end of 1st round weigh in.  That would be below goal I have to hit, but I think it is a doable goal.  I was not hungry nor felt deprived this week.  Butter Coffee is my saving grace in the morning, and I drank a ton of water.  Thank goodness for eggs and bacon...feels like cheating but it isn't! On to week 2 and more success!
