Ok, so things are going pretty well. But now the hard part - staying the course (this is my second blog on this topic this month, so you can see it's a challenge for me). So here's my 8 day plan:
Wednesday - I'm going to a work function tonight. My plan is to stick to 2 glasses of wine and skip the appetizers, which also means I need to plan to eat first. Scheduled! It's a tight turnaround, but I'm good at eating quickly ;-) I'm also going to cram in a swim at lunch today because that's the only time it can happen.
Thursday - quiet night. Planning to hit the pool with kiddo after work, so that makes it pretty hard to snack.
Friday - taking kiddo to a movie night at work. No interest in eating that crap. I'll stick to my tea.
Saturday - lazy morning, gym with kiddo, political do (no need to eat there), then skating with kiddo and then a friend has invited me over. I am planning to drive to keep my drinking under control, and thus eliminate unplanned snacking
Sunday - quiet day - kid has swimming, then I'm planning to go for a workout, and was thinking we'd go skating in the evening
Monday - quiet day, but still a ways off.
Tuesday - working until 8 pm :-(. Need to pack lots of healthy snacks.
Wednesday - knitting night with wine. I think I need to limit myself to 1 glass. It is a wednesday, after all ;-)
Milestone check-in: 25 days to ski pants
3/6 meal plans - time to do some more meal planning today
19/46 workouts - Proud of myself for hitting the gym after work yesterday
12/46 days eating well
