We are one week into this four week process. I'm not going to lie. This past weekend was TOUGH. I came down with a really bad cold that lead to a sinus and ear infection. I was presented with a lot of temptations revolving around kid-centric events and celebrations. But somehow I managed to keep my wits about me and get through it all unscathed and still working towards a healthy, better me.

Do you find yourself trying to comfort with food when you aren't well? How do you handle celebrations and kid-centric events with sweets? I really struggle to not reach for something covered with cheese or chocolate in these cases. But that's what got me into this mess. The mess that is my closet being full of pants that fit a few months ago but definitely not now...
