I have been at *this* for 2 weeks now, and the scale just isn't budging any more. I am always being mindful of what's going in my mouth, but things aren't translating to changes on the scale in the morning.

I will be traveling for work at the conclusion of this bet, and I don't know if I'll be able to do this. I am still getting over this cold. I'm hoping that this evening I'll be able to get my stuff together enough to hit the gym for at least a half hour, but breathing without coughing up a lung has been rough lately. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting off a plateau? What do you do to help get back to the gym after being sick?
