It's hot today.  I took the bicycle on a few errands and when I got back home I saw all the unflattering ways I'd sweat through my clothes.  Lovely!  I hope nobody checked out my butt at any of the stops I made.  

I did my go-to bodyweight workout this morning, but only once.  I'm supposed to do it three times but I didn't have any energy yet.  I'd rather go for a jog this afternoon.  I went yesterday, and they suggest every other day but it's not like I'm running hard or anything.  My students run every day at their sports practices.  I feel like my leg muscles can probably handle a few minutes of light jogging two days in a row.  I wish I was one of those people who loved exercise.  Are there those people?  Are they just pretending?  I guess there are moments during a workout (and especially after!) where I'm kind of enjoying it, but it still mostly feels like math homework.

I'm still at the same weight, but my period started today so I'm going to hope there's some extra water weight included in that number.  Really really hoping to see a loss by this weekend!  I'm going out to dinner tonight and Friday, so i'll have to choose carefully.
